Established in 2001, the Handel House Museum is located in the former home to the famous composer George Frideric Handel where he lived from 1723 until his death in 1759. This delightful museum offers a detailed insight into Handel’s life and music and should be an essential point of interest for all music lovers as it was here that Handel composed some of his most famous works such as Messiah and Zadok the Priest. The museum also offers a programme of live music and educational events throughout the year.
